01 · The positioning
Built around how doulas actually work.
DoulaBub is more than a landing page. Its public experience has to explain a multi-surface product — client management, invoicing, a calendar built around birth, testimonials, and a public doula directory — without making a doula feel like they are buying enterprise software. The site leads with the weight of the admin work, then earns the click into the product.
02 · The system
Everything a practice needs, named in the doula's own language.
These are the actual product surfaces advertised on the live site — not mockups. The in-app dashboards are behind login, so what follows describes them in the words the site uses.
- 01
Client management
Track due dates, care preferences, support types, and notes for every family.
- 02
Smart invoicing
Build invoices from pre-loaded doula service templates and send them from the parking lot.
- 03
Calendar built around birth
Block on-call windows, schedule prenatal visits, and track postpartum check-ins — color-coded by type.
- 04
Testimonials
Collect and surface social proof without chasing families manually.
- 05
Public doula directory
Your practice profile doubles as your listing on the public Find a Doula directory.
03 · The directory surface
Every practice profile is also a public listing.
The same profile a doula builds to run their practice powers their entry in the public Find a Doula directory — turning setup into discoverability. The live directory is shown below, captured directly from doulabub.com/doulas.

04 · Built by doulas, for doulas
A product grounded in the work it supports.
Per the live site, DoulaBub was created from the belief that doulas deserve better tools to run their businesses — built by a doula and a technical founder so the product reflects the reality of birth work, not a generic CRM reshaped to fit.
